This website is run by Cash and Carry Kitchens Fylde Ltd, 103 Bispham Road, Blackpool FY2 0NR. This page explains what we do with the details you give us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form we receive your name, phone number, postcode, whether you are a homeowner, landlord or builder, and anything you write in the message. If you phone or WhatsApp us, we have your number and what you tell us.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a home measure, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell it or pass it to anyone else, except a fitter or supplier who needs it to do your job.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer we keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and guarantee purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when you use it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or have them deleted. Call 01253 423240 or visit the showroom. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
